How we work

Audit. Roadmap. Build. Automate. Grow. Care.

Every engagement starts with a free Business Technology Audit. We review your processes and systems, agree what to fix first, then build in phases with a clear test for each one, and stay on to keep the stack secure and improving.

The six stages

Stage What happens What you get
1. Audit We review processes, digital presence, systems, automation opportunities, AI and infrastructure A clear picture of what is slowing the business down
2. Roadmap We prioritise what to fix now, in 90 days and across the next 12 months A Business Technology Roadmap with phases and owners
3. Build We implement digital foundations, ERP, CRM, software and integrations Working systems, delivered phase by phase
4. Automate We turn repetitive workflows into reviewable automation, with people approving risky steps Less manual work and fewer errors
5. Grow We connect marketing and enquiries to the CRM so every lead has a source and an owner Measurable pipeline instead of guesswork
6. Care We keep the stack secure, monitored and evolving A partner after launch, not a handover and goodbye

How the free audit works

  1. Tell us about the business. Use the audit form, email info@technewwings.com or WhatsApp +91 9946761636.
  2. We confirm and clarify. We ask how work moves today: where enquiries arrive, how orders become invoices, which tools hold which data.
  3. We review. Processes and bottlenecks, digital presence and customer journey, CRM, ERP, accounting and inventory, manual handoffs and data entry, AI and agent opportunities, cloud, security and monitoring.
  4. You get a roadmap. Problems and opportunities in priority order, a 90-day plan and a 12-month sequence.
  5. You decide the next step. A pilot, a phased build or a roadmap workshop. Or nothing, if the roadmap is all you need.

What a phased project looks like

Durations depend on scope, so treat this as the shape of a typical engagement, not a quote.

Phase Typical focus Exit test
Discovery Map workflows, data, users and integrations Everyone agrees on what “done” means
Foundation The system of record: website, store, CRM or ERP core Real data flows through the core system
Connect Payments, WhatsApp, shipping, accounting and other integrations No more copy-paste between key tools
Automate Reminders, approvals, document handling and AI assistance Routine work runs with people approving exceptions
Launch and train Migration, training, documentation and go-live The team runs the new process without workarounds
Care Monitoring, updates, security and improvements The system keeps up as the business grows

How we choose technology

We pick technology after we understand the problem, not before. That can mean configuring an existing platform such as ERPNext or Shopify, connecting the tools you already pay for, or building custom software where off-the-shelf tools would force a workaround. Our guide to custom versus off-the-shelf software explains the trade-offs.

Working together day to day

  • Regular reviews of working software, not just status reports.
  • Remote-first delivery from our offices in Kochi and Kasaragod, with meetings in person in Kerala when useful.
  • Plain language. We explain decisions in business terms, so you always know what you are paying for and why.

FAQ

How does the free Business Technology Audit work?▾

You share your goals and current systems through the form, email or WhatsApp. We confirm, clarify how work moves today, then review processes, digital presence, CRM, ERP, accounting and inventory, manual handoffs, AI opportunities, and cloud and security. You get a prioritised roadmap with a 90-day plan and a 12-month sequence. There is no commitment.

Do I have to choose a fixed package?▾

No. Apart from published starting prices such as Standard Ecommerce from ₹29,999, we scope each project after understanding how your business sells, operates and reports. The roadmap tells you what to do first, and each phase is quoted separately.

How do you keep projects on track?▾

Each phase has a defined scope, an owner on both sides and a success test agreed before work starts. You see progress in regular reviews and can test working software early, so issues surface while they are cheap to fix.

What happens after launch?▾

We hand over with training and documentation, then offer ongoing care: updates, security monitoring, performance checks, backups, and improvements as the business grows. Many clients add automation or integrations once the foundation is stable.

Can you work with tools we already use?▾

Yes. We implement, customise and connect tools such as ERPNext, Vyapar, Shopify, WhatsApp Business and existing CRMs when they fit, and build custom software only when they do not.
