TECH NEW WINGS (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit technewwings.com or submit forms.

1. Information We Collect

Personal information you provide (name, email, phone, company, message), technical data (IP, country, device, pages), how you found us (referring site, utm parameters, and ad click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid), and your optional answer to “How did you hear about us?”. We set first-party cookies: a visitor cookie (`tnw_vid`) so we can link repeat enquiries and AI Advisor chats from the same browser, and first/last-visit source cookies (`tnw_ft`, `tnw_lt`, kept 90 days) so an enquiry is credited to the campaign that brought you here.

2. How We Use Information

To respond to enquiries, deliver services, improve the site, measure ads conversions, and comply with law. Lead submissions and advisor sessions are stored securely (Cloudflare KV and D1), grouped by visitor and email when available, and may be forwarded to our notify webhook or email. The visitor cookie is not sold and is retained with lead records.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share with processors who help operate the site (hosting, analytics when enabled) under appropriate agreements. When enabled, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Conversions API (which receives a hashed, unreadable form of your email and phone when you enquire), and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised heatmaps and session recordings) to understand which pages and campaigns work. You can decline these through the cookie notice; clearing the `tnw_consent` cookie and site storage shows it again.
